  Broker Guidance was conceived because over the years our principal had found too many consumers who were the victims of non brokered or under  (poorly) brokered transactions. In virtually all cases, their trouble was rooted in their choice of professional, or their choice to go it alone and not hire a professional. Most consumers don’t know the first thing about truly and accurately vetting their choice of agent. They are all too often swayed by a company’s hype, the agent’s boasts, and marketing disguised as actual qualifications.
