First Licensed in 1996, J. Philip Faranda gained extensive experience as a real estate agent at a small independent firm in Rochester, NY. After relocating back home to Westchester County, NY, he gained several years of experience as a real estate investor and loan officer for several mortgage companies before Launching J. Philip Real Estate in June of 2005.Despite the Great Recession and ensuing housing crash, Phil built his firm into Westchester and Putnam’s number one selling independent firm by unit since 2016, a market powerhouse of three offices and close to 100 agents. He has hired hundreds of agents over the years and fired his share of licensees as well.
